This story from the 90's came up in conversation the other day. I was working for ABC's Primetime Live and producer David Doss and I traveled to Tanzania in Africa for a profile of the incredible Jane Goodall! It was one of the most memorable assignments of my journalism career. Fond memories of sitting around the campfire on the shores of Lake Tanganyika; Ms. Goodall regaling us with riveting stories of her 30 years of chimpanzee research in the jungle. I will never forget this story. My son Julian was able to find a copy and we've posted it here. It looks like a VHS recording of the broadcast (low resolution) but it sure brings back fond memories!
